I don't know what minimalist is?  I have stared your question.  I build kitchen cabinets from scratch and am not up on this "lingo" or brand name.

Without seeing your space no one can tell you if it would work or not. Minimalist means as little as possible and clean, crisp lines.

One thing I know. We have lived two years in a horse drawn caravan of 7m2

My kitchen was 3.2 feet and everything was there.

This extreme you don't want probably but it is possible.
