See, I'm currently in a summer program (in an attempt to look better for when I'm heading to college) and one of our teachers is currently asking us to build a bridge structure. You could pick any form, but while looking around I found that a Truss structure would be the easiest. Now, i understand I'm going to have to use a /\/\/\/\/\/\ formation, and I know triangles are incredibly important, but I don't understand some things, like HOW I'm even supposed to make the triangles stand, I guess all the basics in starting. I feel foolish, and everything but I'm trying to get through all these classes with straight A's and if I mess this up, who knows how badly I'll go down? Any help would be incredibly appreciated. Thanksss. [:

  1. Hey pal, just make up your mind and you'll be able to do it perfectly well.

First find a textbook on structures or mechanics of materials then put your idea of the structure on paper then begin put the parts together.

Secondly u can't be sure of an errror-free work, but one thing is assured; determination conjures success.

Finally, avoid excessive overlapping of material, try building part by part after which u finally join together or begin the structurefrom the central apex, building around gradually till its done.

p.s. try reinforcing the structure after a no. of joints and at every vertex.
