You have not said whether it is a corporate or not. Any way it is pretty easy to do that. You need only GUTS. It is a very populous country and patients and many but poor paying patients are more and you will need to have lots of patience to get profits.

Line up your resources, make a presentation and take up the issue with corporates already owing Hospitals in India.

You are likely to get permission for conversion of agricultural land to use the same for Hospital.

If you have a land in Punjab, and you are a NRI. Contact Punjab Government. They are encouraging NRIs to have at least one or more venture(s) in Punjab.
