How to build hydrogen car kit at home?

i need the stips to build in home the hydrogen kit or the call it the fuel saver to run the car on hydrogen (hybrid car)

Ok this is going to sound crazy but take 2 metal plates and mount them about an 1/8 inch apart, put them in a bucket, get a battery charger, DC voltage, and put the + on one of the plates and the - on the other. DONT LET THE PLATES TOUCH.  then fill the bucket withwater and 2 spoon fulls of baking soda. Turn the battery charger on and watch the show. it wont be much but the first time you see the HHO comming out of the water you will search the web day and night trying to find more. Just go to youtube and look around. you really should try it and see it for yourself it would only take like 15 min. By the way if you are not the best with electricity dont play around with it get a buddy that knows about it, and i am not resposible if somthing goes wrong, haha

really simple, i just built one for under 30.00 go to youtube and search dyi hydrogen generator, or brown gas. lots of helpfull stuff
