  2. -speed bag,

    -and while holding weights try to go as fast as u can, then ur speed will increase!

  3. sprint for short bursts at a time, (around 50m)walk back and then repeat a couple of times (about 5 times), after 1 set take a 5 min break and repaeat one more set.

    also do calf and thigh trainging.
