What basic cards are needed for Marco Monarch Deck? It would be great if you give me Marco Monarch deck list! Thanks!

Well to make a brilliant Macro/Monarch deck, you'll first need three copies of the Dark Emperor Structure Deck, as well as a few cards that you may or may not already have. However, most of the cards you'll get from the Structure decks. When you've done this then making this deck will be fairly easy.

This deck is very playable, powerful and best of all, easy to make. It's incredibly stable and can flow surprisingly well.
