  2. You most likely can't.  Even if you tried and it ended up fitting on the disk, you'd have to make the image quality / sampling rate so low that it wouldn't be worth watching.

    Your best bet is to burn the movie to a DVD disk instead.  If you don't have that option, then you're probably stuck.  Sorry!
