How to burn at DVD from camcorder?

I have a Samsung DVD Camera Recorder and I cannot figure out how to save what I have burned to those little DVD disk to a regular DVD or VHS. I have hooked it to computer and can see the video but cannot save it to a disk and I have hooked it to TV and I can see it but cannot save it to a VHS. Please help if you can!
