How to burn photos from 'my pictures' on pc to a cd/dvd?

Hi I would like to know if anyone can tell me what programme to use to copy photographs onto a cd that will then be sent to my daughters viedographer to add the photos to her wedding dvd. I tried it with a 15 day free trial of nero but it didnt work as it said i had the wrong disc in the drive I will go and find the right disc on monday its just that I wanted to do it tonight if poss and i only have dvd + rw discs.

  1. 1. Start,

    2. My Pictures,(choose pic by highlighting with mouse!)

    3. Click "Copy all items to CD"

    4. Insert CD in Drive (It will start to process,and copy)

    5. When it's finished it will be displayed on-screen.

    6.Take Disk out of Hard rive,..that's it! ;)

    click on short cut.it puts on your desktop.

    when "open" on screen.

    click on "data cd/dvd"

    drag and drop your photos onto it.

    click on "burn",when menu offers" burn now "click on to it.

    your photos will be copied

  4. When you put a blank disc in the drive, Windows should ask you what you want to do with it, you can then format it & simply 'drag & drop' files onto it.

    It's easier with single - use media rather than RWs, though.

    I assume that you have a CDRW or DVDRW drive in the computer?

  6. great that u have a DVD writer. it can burn both DVDs and cds. just put a blank cd, and windows will ask u what u want to do, in that box, choose 'burn cd'. but if windows doesnt pop up this box, then open nero, choose 'make data cd', another window will open, on the right u will have 'add'. click that another window will open, choose 'my documents' there which is on left then choose 'my pictures' select the pictures taht u want, and add them. then just 'burn'. DONE!!!!!!!!
