  1. My younger sister just bought a board in a sporting goods store that came all assembled. But you can also pick out a deck and wheels and build it yourself.

  2. you can choose to either get a whole board..called a "complete" ..or you can buy the deck, which is usually about 55..and wheels and trucks and bearings and grip tape and hardware..all together a good board that you make yourself is about 170..but thats a really good board..i take it you are a beginner so you shouldnt need a great board because your going to beat it up pretty bad learning tricks..sorry if your not a beginner im just assuming.

if you want a cheaper deck, you can get a mini logo, there about 30.

completes are alright for a beginner too, oh and by the way zumiez gives free grip tape when you get a deck there.

  3. complete skateboards are pre assembled (1 whole skateboard together)   and are about $100-$150 at zumiez but usually they are cheaper than building it building it yourself.but customizing your board is funner and will run you about $115-$200 and some times they have a cheaper deal but if u wanted a cheapeer skateboard you might be able to get one for about $80 and yes they will put they grip tape on and put every thing together if you ask them to.
