Go to ebay.com and they are helpful for new sellers like yourself.

Ebay charges a fee to put up an auction - it depends what you're selling, how many days you are selling it for, what features you use to sell.  There are also rules and restrictions so make sure to read.

You can deliver by pick-up, post office, ups, you can also meet up.  If delivering through mail, you can charge too.

You can choose how the buyers pay. Paypal (which charges but better way of getting your money,) cash, checks, money orders.

Sellers mail the item by the method of their choice. The shipping details are stated in the listing. Buyers can pay by whatever method the seller accepts - usually Paypal.
