i was wondering how to buy smart glass and the typical price. I Wanted it for a normal window so that i could make my bedroom window opaque whenever i wanted to

I don't think you can buy it as a sheet of glass, only as an assembled window, because connections to the film are needed, and a power supply and switches. It is put into a frame so that the film edges are protected.
