  1. d**n!!! I hope I'm not to late. Number one, you need to determine if you have a two wire or a three wire motor. If you have a two wire and you followed these other brilliant answers, now you need a motor, not just a relay. A two wire has only two wires (obviously) and the polarity is reversed to go up and down. Find the two wires coming from the motor, and hook one to positive and one to negative. Jumper wires will work. If the motor doesn't go in the direction you want, reverse the polarity. On a three wire, there are two seperate sets of windings, with ground being constant. They wire these for 8th graders, blue wire being sky or up,, and  green being grass or down. Hook a positive to either green (down) or blue (up) with a ground to black and your motor should run. Hope you didn't lose a motor!

  2. u can noy bypass the solonid if u jump it ;.it will not stop untill u unjump it

  3. It`s SOLENOID.

    and get some jumper cables..

clamp the two ends on each of the LARGE terminals of the solenoid

Touching the other ends of the jumper cables will bypass the solenoid and activate the pump

  4. He's right.
