  1. Easier Solution

    (Average of O.D. and I.D.) * PI * thickness * length * density


  2. Outside area: PI * OD^2 / 4

    Inside area: PI * ID^2 /4

    Area of pipe material = Outside - Inside

    Volume of pipe material = Area * Length of pipe

    Mass of pipe material = Volume * Density of pipe material

    Density of pipe material = anything... depends on your pipe, for example 316L SS has a density of 8,000 kg/m3.
