How to calculate APR on HP 12C?

Question

I have done it like it has in the instructions but I am coming up with the wrong answer so I am obviously doing someting wrong. What I enter is payment (with a negative sign in front), amount financed, term like 360 months and then hit interest - it runs - but gives me the wrong answer.
