How to calculate CPV ?

I work for a Quality Analysis team. My customers are developers, business managers and also end users.

Generally I use a customer satisfaction survey questionnaire and get the results. Now, my higher officials asked about CPV which is Customer Perceived Value to be calculated. Can some one educate me on this?

First of all this is not the correct category to write this question.

Assuming that you own a laptop and the price the customer is expecting is $800 and you sell it for $600 then the CPV is $800 - $600 = $200.

This calculated by surveying the customers.
