I was applying a spread betting formulae to calculate the profit margin. But I’m not sure that I’m doing it in right way. Here is the question, if Manchester city scores 3-1 over Villa then what would be the profit?

  1. You are saying that City has won by a 2 goal difference. Here the betting spread formulae to calculate the profit. As 3-1 is difference of 2 goals and you bought 0.2 with £10 per goals. so, 2 goals – 0.2 = 1.8 >> 1.8 x £10/goal = £18.
