  1. times 700 by 12, then divide by 52, that will give you the weekly amount

  2. Monthly x 12 = Yearly

    Yearly / 52 = Weekly

  3. 700*12 (months in a year) = 8400

    8400/52 (weeks in a year) = 161.54

  4. it's very simple - £700 per month rent is based on you paying £700 on the same day - per calander month - so the average out the weekly amount divide by the 52 weeks in a year - averaging about £165 (0r £175 if you divide by 4 weeks in a month)

  5. x by 12 to get how much a year and divide by 52, the number of weeks in a year..

    £161.54 a week

  6. If it's £700 per calendar month, then multiply by 12 and divide by 52. So, 700 x 12 = 8,400.  Divided by 52 = £161.53pence per month.
