how to calculate total downtime of a perticulor ticket.
for ex: if a perticulor ticket being opened three days before and the end time would be 4th or 5th day, so the ticket details would be containing, the date (mm/dd/yy) of ticket being logged, time (hh:mm:ss), date the issue resolved (mm/dd/yy) and the time (hh:mm:ss), in 4 different columns.
So in that case how do we caluculate total downtime of the ticket
