well in kuwait we do not have city or area codes YET. They will be implemented in the next few months to two years. our cell phones usually start with the following numbers: either 7, 9, 6, or 4. The rest are all office or residential numbers. hotlines start with 8 (most of which you would not be able to call internationally) each number you are calling has to be formed of a combination of 7 numbers. in front of these 7 numbers just dial 00965. an example would be:

00965-9999999

Ask the operater or check your phone book.

dial the international number, city number,private number

Example if you were calling a number in cork from kuwait

353 021 4xxxxxx

353 its ireland,021 is cork and 4xxxxxx is the private number

find out kuwaits international number and the dialing areas number and place them in front of the number you are calling.
