How to cancel a Cosmopolitan subscription?

I've subcribed for the free issue of the Cosmopolitan magazine,instead I've received a final notice from the invoicing bureau.There's no phone number,only the P.O.Box address.I've send them a written notice to close my account,they keep sending me the final notices.How to cancel?

Send them another letter requesting to close your account.  If you kept a copy of the original notice send them that as well.  If they continue to send you notices, just write "return to sender" on the envelope and mail it back to them.  You don't need extra postage but make sure you don't open the envelope.
