How to cancel debit card online transaction ?

I did a purchase of fossil watch online,later reliased that is UK site and it charged me in pounds.that site don't have effective contact details,(it just provided E-mail id,from where I am not getting any response).So shall I go ahead and call my debit card company to cancel the transaction Or I have to wait until I hear from the vendor from where I bought the watch ?

Just send it back to the company when it arrives and ask for a refund. Call them and tell them that you are sending it back.
