How to cancel sports illustrated magazine?

i been recieve Sports illustrated magazine like once in a while and i been charge with that too. So i'm just wondering how do i cancel it cause they dont have phone number on the magazine so i could call to cancel it. I dont want to recieve any more sports illustrated magazine cause i cant afford it. Anyone know the phone number or know how i can do to cancel it.

look on the bill there should be  a number
