How to cancel stamps.com account?

They give you a number, but you can only contact them during times I'm not home. Is there another way to cancel? Like an automated number or something. I just wanted to test out the free trial, but I've read bad reviews about it and want to cancel.

The only way is from the hours they have posted.

To close your account, please contact Customer Support at 1-888-434-0055, Monday - Friday, 6 am - 6pm (PST). Thank you for your patience.

I have done a complete search through their web.  All I find is the same info over and over again.  You would think that they would have an e-mail address specifically for closing the accounts.

Just to add, that is the right number. I called to cancel mine just a little bit ago. Its really terrible...It took forever to answer, and then when it did the guy who was helping me didnt understand a thing i was saying.

He sounded like he was from India and was reading off a paper or something. We went through the same "How can i help you" several times before it got through to him....

I just hope its cancelled that way it doesnt charge me!
