How to cancel voter ID Card?

I have a voter ID card at Ghaziabad and now I have shifted to GNoida. So I want to cacel my Ghaziabad voter ID and get new voter ID card in GNoida issued. What is the process for doing this.

I have my voter Id card already issued in Uttar Pradesh at Allahbad.Hence,i want my voter Id card,number-AZKO434548,name-Kusam age-36,s*x-female w/o sh.Raja Ram address-house no.832,B-block street no.23 Inder-Prasth colony,Nathu pura Burari,delhi-110084 be cancelled issued to me at my temporary address at Delhi.Date of issued.01/01/2008.
