  1. IT depends on the coon they are extremly smart and they generally dont/wont go in the live traps(sometimes they eat the bait but dont set it off) I would use foot traps if front of where they enter and then bury it slightly so that it is level if the trap is set in the hole. then just let time do the trick. Or u could (if bored) get a log about a foot long and 6 in thick and drill a hole half way down about two inches in diameter. then put some peanut butter on the top and a little on the inside and then something VERY shiny at bottum. then hammer nails pointing downwards towards the shiny. when he reaches in to get it his hand gets stuck and his to stubborn to let go!

  2. You are going to have to trap them. You can get live traps at most hardware stores. Once you catch the raccoons, I hate to say it, but you have to kill them.  Many people think you can let them go far away, but they always find their way back.  My grandma found this out the hard way.  They had a raccoon problem and trapped them and let the raccoons go in a nature area about 20 miles away....somehow the raccoons came back.

  3. Buy a live trap Put Marshmallow or strawberrys in there the trap door  will shut the raccoon in then in the mouring you wakeup drive to a park and then you release them in the park.

  4. You may need to get a hunting or trapping license.  That depends on where you live, and yes, that sometimes includes live traps.  Get a LARGE live trap (it's easier to get them to enter) and bait it with canned catfood.  Your local natural resource agency can probably help.  Not only will they explain the rules, they often loan traps and can advise on disposal.

  5. HAVAHEART traps

live traps baited with cat food or something good

you need to wear gloves when handling the cage because they can carry rabies and other diseases. becareful they can be nasty so i would even cover the cage up with a towel to keep it calm if you need to carry the cage

relocate it far, you may need to check with you state wildlife for policies, sometimes you cant relocate animals

  6. If you can get close fashion a snare pole with a loop that you can pull tight. Drop it over its head and yank it tight then carry it outside.
