How to capture what I'm going on my computer as a video file??

I need to make a montage of websites I use for a video project, and rather than just use still images, I'd like to have video of me going around the websites, scrolling down, using the mouse, etc...

Is there any way I can do this other than sticking the video camera in front of my computer screen?
