How to care for a baby quail?

Question

I'm getting one soon and i want to make sure i have EVERYTHING coverd. its leagle, dont worry. people who say cook it, or give it to the wild animal shelter. DONT RESPOND. I'm buying it from a breader and it will be like, brand new hatched like a week or so ago. so. what kind of bedding can i use (stuff for ferrets and rats? the white/yellow wood chips?) food, water, heating, exercise, what i can do to help development and ensure survival :]

My two quals have had babies and one is getting left behind because he can't catch up.... meaning he/she is going to freeze to death or starve to death!  we r using a medicine chube thingy to put food into his mouth (he is 1 day old) and mum has gone to buy some powder stuff for him to eat but i dont no if he is still alive but i hope sooooo!!! oo-well i am sure he is fine.
