How to care for a mountain goat?

Yeah, I recently nabbed a mountain goat from Colorado and I don't think it's illegal. Anyway, he really seems unhappy. I keep looking over this guide to mountain goats but he still seems unhappy:

He really doesn't like it in his tank, so I only filled it to 2/3 water so he can breathe easier. I feed him what the site says: Earthworms, crustaceans, small fish, mouse pups, algae, leafy green vegetation

:and he still isn't happy, he's starting to look unhealthy... I change the water in his tank at least once every week... still nothing. Thanks, I really need help!

CHANGE HIS NAME TO TINA

let him run around in your backyard, and feed him oppossom meat

maybe buy him a bat as a companion.  you can learn how to care for a bat here,

maybe you should take him back. you can't domesticate an animal that isn't meant to be domesticated

What a mountain goat is a species of wild goat and it is illegal and is it a fish your talking about feeding it mealworms I think you don't know the fishes name.
