I have a hanging fuscia plant. Its not doing so good, looks dried although still flowering. I was wondering if these are annuals? How much light should they get and what to do to keep them beautiful.

  1. Some fuchsias are hardy, stand winter, others are tender and will die. Should tell you on label when you buy.

  2. they are annuals in cooler areas (temps less than about 15)

they like shade and water, but also heat. keep in partial shade.

    also give some plant food

  3. If daytime temperatures rise above 80°F for any length of time, fuchsia plants will be stressed, blooming will stop and plants may drop leaves. You can alleviate some of the damage by daily watering and misting the foliage as well as the surrounding area.
