  1. The best method I can think of would be to get a liquid cooling CPU heatsink (that is used for liquid cooling computers) and running your different coolants through that while its being heated at a constant rate.

    You might be able to test the different temperatures the coolants come out of the heatsink, which would indicate how much heat they carry if you know the coolants specific heat capacity.

    Or you can measure the temperature at the top of he heatsink and see how that varies with coolants?

    Or maybe how much heat you could apply to the heatsink before either the coolant or the top of the heatsink reaches a certain temperature?

    The best setup I could think of would be to have two containers, one for the input coolent (all of them starts at a certain temperature) and the output coolant. Use one pump that has a set flow rate so all the coolants spend the same time inside the heatsink and place the heatsink on a hotplate or maybe even a flame?

    Then take your measurements and change the coolants around after washing the system out.
