How to catch Entei and Raikou in Pokemon Crystal?

i already have suicune and i want to catch the other two legendary dogs so i wanted to know if you haven't seen them yet if you could use a max repel and just walk around and still find them

I would first try to find them randomly in the wild then find out what route they'll be on go there and use max repels and keep your patience at a clam level

trust me i'll take a while
