If your playing Sapphire then....

Go to route 119..

Go to the house after you get out of the grass.

go to the water directly left talk to the fisher man then go to the 5 rocks in the water and where the middle of the rocks are look up right then left throw your old rod and keep throwing it till you catch one!!!
