How to catch high frequency radio waves with normal radio?

i can catc the radio waves 97 fm but i need 91.1fm how should i catch it or wat instrument i use to catch it?

If you have general coverage FM band Receiver, you can receive 91.1 MHz with that.

Normally FM band Receiver available in the Indian market all are capable to receive 88 to 108 MHz.  So you can tune anywhere in between 88-108 MHz.

And your desired station is at 91.1 MHz (like other FM staion at 97.0 MHz), which is also falling in between 88-108 MHz.

So there is no need for any special receiver for you.
