How to catch punts kick offs

when there is a kick off or a punt, i noticed the ball swirves and turns in the air, it moves side to side and it is difficult to catch, same with kick offs, how do you catch those,

First, you get under it, you put out your arms, and bring it into your body. Don't try to catch a punt with your hands because 9/10 times, you will drop it.
