I put the keystone in and im was wondering when you talk to 32 people do you have to go up then come back down and talk to them again?

what level is he on?Could i use him to catch rotom?please help and i have another question open about trading if your interested.

  1. well you go underground an talk to 32 people, other than hikers. For this you need a friend nearby..I could trade you 1..
