  1. ok richard (the dude who commented before me) is stupid. varial kickflips have nothing to do with 3 flips. you need to have your back foot on the corner so that you can get a good scoop after you flick it with your front foot. it helps to kinda know how to 360 shovit, but its not that important. when landing it, you need to make sure that you flip the board all the way before you land back on it, so you wanna jump kinda high after you flip it. i know alotta people who always slip when they try to land it, but i never had a problem with that myself. make sure to lean your body forward a little bit when trying to land it, so you make sure not to slip back. sorry if this didnt help; im not good at explaining.

  2. The flip in the tre flip is somewhat like the varial kickflip(I learned varials first and it helped so you might want to learn those),the shove is kind of like a 360 shovit but you can't really use your front foot to help the shove like the 360 shovit because it has to flip.

What you need to do to setup is put your back foot like 360 shovit and you front foot like a kickflip but slightly more back.

Scoop your back foot back and when the board turns about 90degrees flick like a varial flip(you need to flick harder than a kickflip)and then the board will spin and flip,to catch you want to keep your shoulders parallel to the board and jump forward like you would to catch a pop shovit.if you don't get the full 360 you can pivot the last like 90 degrees around.
