How to catch the interest of classmates on a report that concerns confidence?

Our subject is Human Resource Management. Our prof wants me to show how confidence in the workplace is important (though often neglected).

How do I catch the attention of my classmates in an instant with such topic?

Overacting is always a good idea.  Try delivering your introduction in a teeny-tiny voice, using bad posture, not looking at the audience, appearing nervous.  Then ask the audience to watch you again as you stand up straight, speak loudly, and make eye contact with the audience.  Then ask them which speaking style was more comfortable for them to listen to.
