  1. liverpool

  2. Go to a solicitor. Many of them, but not all, are public notaries.  They will photocopy the passport, then stamp and sign the copy - but they will charge you about £20 - £25 for doing it.

  3. Go visit the Foreign Office website, there you will find the legalisation section. You have to photocopy the biodata page, have it signed by a solicitor or notary public official, then post it to them. It costs £27 for each document. Send it special delivery.

  4. Usually Justice of the Peace's do it, solicitors I can't remember the whole list of people who do it (I know that there are some pharmacies who have people who do it they have signs there). A lot of charities have Justice of the Peaces as well. Try government buildings such as Home Office, where you get your Birth Certificate, St Vincents.
