How to chane the colour of the top bar of internet explorer?

i know i am questioning in cricket because if ask in other sections no one is answering so plz give positive answer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you have windows its a display setting in the control panel... mines purple!

Srikanth, you cannot change Internet topbar colour alone, when you change the colour of Windows title bar, all title bars that uses the windows scheme will change. To change the colour of title bar, right-click desktop, & select 'Properties', click on the 'Appearance' tab and click on 'Advanced' button; from 'Item' drop down list select Active title bar. Now on right-side of the box the current selection of colour appears, click on that select colour the available colours or click on more for other colours. click on 'OK' in the 'Advanced appearance' window and 'Apply' or 'OK' in the 'property' window
