  1. go to your bike shop, he can get you the stuff required for the rear wheel...

    im pretty sure...that its just guts for the rear wheel..but i could be wrong.

Unless you're going to ride brakeless, then you need to make sure that your frame has mounts to put a brake on it.  On the off chance you have frame mounts but no cable guides, you can always use zip ties or tape to hold the cable housing in place. Then, you either need to replace the rear hub and rebuild the wheel, or just buy a new wheel (probably the cheaper way to go).  

    Bmx bikes with coaster brakes are usually pretty cheap quality.  When you buy a brake, lever, housing, a new wheel or hub, and the freewheel to go with it, you might figure out that you've spent as much as the bike is worth, and probably 1/3 to 1/2 of what you can get a newer entry level bmx bike for.  Something to consider if you have some money to spend or can save up a little longer.    :o)
