To start you need to open the "start" menu and go to the "control panel". Then you need to double click the "Network Connections" icon. Now you will see all adapters installed on your PC. Select the adapter you are using. Click properties. Scroll down the list and select what is normally the last option, "TCP/IP", then click the "properties" button. Now go to the second section and select the options for "use the following DNS server addresses".  These are a) 208.67.222.222 b) 208.67.220.220 Or you can enter your own. You can even select "Obtain DNS server addresses automatically".  Now that you have selected the option that you want you can click the "OK" button to save the changes. I hope this helps.
