How to change HD phillips televsion picture format to a diffrent format when many are non selectable. please?

my HD phillips Television will only go to one picutre format, wide screen, the other options that are availbe, superzoom, 4:3, movie expand 14: 9, movie expand 15:9, and 16:9 subtitle are all options but are unaviable to selecet. this means all the cahnnels are zoomed in so i cant see a large portion on the bottom and top of picutes, for example i cant see the score and bottom line during espn football games. how do i fix this.

Set the input to non-HD and you'll be able to select all the options. Such channels are anyway being upconverted to HD by your setup.
