  1. Depending on the format you need, even Word or OpenOffice will open an HTML file and save it into another format for you.  And OpenOffice is FREE.

  2. Try Total HTML Converter 1.4

    download trail from http://www.download.com/Total-HTML-Conve...

  3. HTML is a format itself for the internet. It can not be change, there is no other substitute. There for you can use extensions such as php, asp, java, ect. These are server side scripts. They can be used to make html easyer to output. This is done by simplifying what has to be inputed by the user. Such as a template. There for things like links do not have to be typed over and over, also saving space. Unless you used your own personal browser, and own set of scripts. Yours stuck with html like the rest of us, sorry!

  4. I'm not sure what you mean.

HTML is the "language" structure by which information is displayed in an internet browser.

If you change the format, you either add spaces, line feeds (new lines), etc, which does nothing at all since browsers ignore "white space"; OR you change the structure of the HTML.

HTML requires brackets < and > surrounding the commands, but if you change the structure to ( and ) or { and } or even [ and ], the browser will simply display them on the screen.

You really can not change the "format" of HTML and expect anything good to happen.

    Sorry.
