How to change a HP Laptop Hard Drive?

hp pavillion ze 4800 I opened the s***w but the hard drive is not coming out is there anything else i need to do please help

There are the screws of the cap that covers the hd - you took (hopefully) all out, next there's the cap itself, next are the screws that hold the hd in place, finally are the wires that connect the hd to the motherboard. Only after you have removed all that, in that order, you can remove the hd.
