  1. To change speakers in a Rover 25 you need to take the door panels off. It should be fairly easy. Open the panels and have a look see, check the size of the speakers and go from there. I soldered the plugs off the speakers then soldered the plugs on to the new speakers, this meant I could plug into the existing wiring.
