Go to the Zonal Public Distribution office and get a form to change the name in your ration card. Fill it up and give it to them. Handover the original card also. They will ask you to come and collect after 15 days once the change has been done.

you cant do it as it is its a long process .............. i hope you can do it only at the time of renewal of your new ration card ....... time of renewal wil be dere in your ration card ....... so for further detaits you contact your nearest pds officer
