ok....but not i have this laptop

and i cannot hear the sound why?

first of all the volume is high...and it saying i have no playback devices...

i dont want any playback devices i just want it from my laptop...

so how do i change it to the defaul settings?

any idea?

  1. Hey Walid! There could be several issues you may have going on but what I would try first is if your using windows go to your desktop and click on the start menu...

    Then click on control panel and once you get in there you will want to click on...  Sounds, Speeches, and Audio Devices.

    Then when you get in there it will ask you to pick a task or a control panel icon... Under the control Panel icon, click on sounds and audio devices.

    Once you get in there there will be two tabs to choose from. One will be speakers and the other one will be performance.

    Under speakers make sure that the device you have chosen best fits your computer type. Like in your case laptop. Then under the performance tab at the very bottom of the page there will be a button where you can choose to restore defaults and you can click on it and then click on apply and see if that does the trick.

    Or to the right of the screen there will be an option to troubleshoot and you can click on the sound? link and it should walk you through your problems.

  3. playback devices are the speakers. So if you don't have any playback devices then you won't be able to have sound.
