How to change sleeping patterns?

So for some reason my sleeping schedule lately has been completely messed up. I used to go to bed at 12-1 and get up at 8:45... last night i went to sleep at 10 and got up at 6... which is something i don't want to do... I want to stay up til midnight... but I cant for some reason, and if I do, it takes a lot of effort...

  1. Your body controls when you sleep. If you cant stay awake then you cant stay awake and theres nothing you can do about it.
