How to change the administrator on my hp computer?

my lil bro was set to administrator on my computer.my bro is a childish brat.hes 10 and cant be trusted with all this access to everything.how can i be put to administrator i dont know his pass and he will never tell me.is there anyway i can get him from administrator???

I think you need to be under the admin account to edit or change anything, like switching the admin or adding an addition admin. Maybe when he is on the computer one day you can kick him off..or wait until he gets up and stays logged on. Click on his name on the start menu (click start and then his name or photo - it depends what version of Windows you have) and then you'll see options for what you can do: change your photo, edit an account, etc.
